Refund Policies

You can cancel the order from the CANCEL button from the order details page under the ‘My Account’ section. You just need to give a reason for cancellation and leave the rest to us. Alternatively, you can reach us at +91 935 0000 260 on Mondays thru Saturdays from 9.30 am to 5.30 PM and we will help you in cancelling your order.

Zeugar Free Sweets reserves the right to cancel any order without pre-confirming the customer at any time and may verify any order before shipping the same to the customer that may include having a verbal or written confirmation from the customer.

Note – Orders can be only cancelled till the status is “Ready to Ship”.
In case of prepaid orders, money will be returned to the bank account/ credit/debit card or where the payment was made within 7 business days. We will process your refund within 7 business days in case of the cancellation of an order.
