Javed Kadir

Javed Kadir Founder & CEO Javed worked with McKinsey and Company, India for 12 years. He advised many Indian and MNC Food companies on topics like market entry, new product launch, marketing planning and distribution excellence. He has a track record of leading 20+ successful transformation programs with multiple large companies. He has also worked as a sales engineer at Larsen & Toubro and had a brief stint as an Investment Banker with Larsen & Toubro. He is an MBA from IIM Bangalore and a Mechanical Engineer from NIT Calicut

Junej Kadir

Junej worked with MRF Tyres for 10 years. He has held different roles across manufacturing, Engineering, Product Quality and Excellence. He has successfully led the setting up of a state of the art manufacturing plants from ground up. His areas of expertise include procurement, planning, production management and supply chain planning. He is a Production Engineer from NIT Calicut

Mr. Chandrakanth Chereddy

After working for Google and Microsoft in US and McKinsey and Company in India, Chandrakanth joined Laurus Labs in Hyderabad. He headed the Synthesis Division, building it from approximately 3Mn USD to 50Mn USD. He then built the Generic Formulation Division from zero revenue to about 100Mn USD revenue before transferring charge. He is an active investor and strategic advisor for multiple startups in the technology and consumer space. He has done his MBA from ISB, Hyderabad and MS in Electrical Engineering from University of Illinois
